1. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is received via Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, debit/credit card, or bank transfer no refund will be issued under any circumstances after the purchase.
2. Limited 1-Week Warranty Selected Devices Only
We offer a 1-week limited warranty on select devices, starting from the date of delivery.
Important: This warranty is device-specific and part-specific it does not cover the entire product, and it does not apply to all items in our store.

⚠️ Note: Warranty covers manufacturing defects and damage that occurred before or during delivery. Physical damage caused by the customer is not covered. All claims are evaluated case by case.
3. Warranty Claim Process
To raise a valid warranty claim, all of the following steps must be followed. Claims without proper proof will not be entertained.
Step 1 Record unboxing video
Before opening the package, record a video that clearly shows: the sealed box, courier label, and any visible issue. This proof is mandatory.
Step 2 Share on WhatsApp
Send the unboxing video to +92 314 4913777 on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
Step 3 Team review
Our team will review the video to determine whether the issue is due to a manufacturing defect or courier mishandling.
Step 4 Return the device
If the claim is approved, ship the device back to us. Return courier charges are borne by the customer.
Step 5 Resolution
Once we receive and verify the device, we will offer either a repair or replacement decided case by case.
4. Warranty Void Conditions
Your warranty claim will be rejected if:
- No unboxing video proof is provided
- Claim is raised after 7 days of delivery
- Physical damage caused by the customer is visible
- Device has been tampered with or repaired elsewhere
- Product falls under a non-covered category (earbuds, couple gifts, etc.)
5. Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. In special circumstances, contact us on WhatsApp before your order is dispatched.
